We do not have any hidden charges, all the amount will be shown to you at the time of confirming the order which is crystal clear for any buyer.  we do charge extra for shipping the same will be shown to you while you place your order.

We have Credit/Debit card options, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card EMI*, also we have  Cardless EMI option available with us.

If the product is available in our current stock then it takes 72 working hours to ship the product, dispatch may get delay in offers periods or at vacations.

We update every status of your order is your order history as well as in your mail, from where you can track every status of your order, once the product is shipped we will update the tracking details also.

We accept return request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 3 days and 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return. For order received after 01/01/2022 only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be provided.
If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return will not be applicable.
Refunds will not be considered for orders received after 03/01/2022, consumers can only modify their orders only once. Orders once placed cannot be refunded .

If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account. For more details please refer to our refund policy.

Yes, we provide proper GST invoice against all the products which we sell, we do not sell product without GST invoice. If you need your company’s GST No. on the invoice
then kindly mention the same in the comment box which you can find while ordering, also you will need to provide the 3 pages of GST certificate of your company for GST invoice.  

You order details may have not been captured with us. The amount will be refunded to your account in next 5-7 days.

Before the order is dispatched:

  • Cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the correct address.
  • Contact our customer care team to change the delivery address.

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 3-5 business days. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
